About Educated Consent

Educated Consent is built on three main aims:

1. To bring academic and scientific research about AI, sexual, and digital violence to the mainstream through accessible breakdowns through this site, the newsletter and social media.

2. To report on and bring more awareness to digital sexual violence, misogynistic communities online, and how AI is being weaponized for abuse.

3. To advocate for comprehensive, consistent, global consent and sexuality education as an intervention for digital and real-world sexual + domestic violence, child sexual exploitation, and dangerous ideologies.

Current and Future Projects:

Current:

Creating monthly newsletters and weekly articles to consolidate recent research, news, and insights about AI+digital sexual violence.
Posting evidence-based information and resources; advocating for global K-12 consent education on social media.

Future: (Early 2026-2027)

Develop open-access learning materials for communities and institutions about consent and AI + digital sexual violence.
Begin the early stages of officially organizing to develop curricula, advocate politically, and consult on tech policy.
